Volkan Ege Ünal
Attorney Volkan Ege Ünal graduated from Istanbul Yeditepe University Faculty of Law. During his education years, he worked as a manager in various institutions such as Yeditepe University Clubs Association and Istanbul AIESEC Asia, including the presidency of Yeditepe University Law Club. After graduating, he worked as a lawyer in law offices located in Levent and Şişli districts of Istanbul. In addition to following the litigation processes here, he also provided consultancy services to large-scale companies. After gaining experience as a lawyer, he continued to provide consultancy services to law offices in Istanbul. In addition, he received his master’s degree in Private Law from Istanbul Kadir Has University. He currently continues his academic studies at this university. He is proficient in English. He is the founding partner of Ünallar Law Firm.
İdil Özcan
She graduated from Istanbul Koç University Faculty of Law. She worked in various law firms during her undergraduate education. After graduating, İdil Meriç Özcan registered with the Istanbul Bar Association and worked in reputable law firms throughout her career; she carried out legal consultancy services for companies operating in various sectors and guided various restructuring processes of many domestic and foreign capital companies. After gaining experience through affiliated work, she stepped into independent law. In this department, she was in direct contact with foreign clients in particular. She also specialized in trade registry processes provided to companies, processes related to general assemblies and boards of directors, internal directives and consultancy services related to the rights of company partners. She is proficient in English.
